The MRA Collective
A Six‑Month Homecoming for Your Craft, Your Vision, and Your Self in 2026
Whether you finished the MRA training months or years ago, you left with clarity, emotional maturity, grounded presence, and a relationship to yourself that changed everything.
And then life kept happening - with urgency, reactivity, expectations, and environments that don’t always speak the language of depth you now live from.
Over time, your clarity can dull. Your courage can drift. Your vision can go quiet. Your skills can lose their edge. Not because you've done anything wrong - but because depth doesn't stay alive in isolation.
A Homecoming
When you are nourished and ressourced well, your growth becomes unstoppable.
A Space For You
The MRA Collective
A six-month nourishing space for alumni who carry so much. Here, you are poured into - held, strengthened, and resourced so your vision, your craft, and your leadership can keep maturing and expanding. Let us do what we do best: support you, so you can continue making a meaningful impact in the lives you love, lead, and serve.
The Collective keeps you connected to what matters:
Your Life Vision: Stay oriented to your North Star - the quiet, steady direction your life is asking you to walk.
Community Nourishment: Be surrounded by people who value truth, depth, and emotional maturity. This is the space where you exhale, reconnect, and feel supported again.
Coaching Craft: Keep your skill alive through steady practice and real connection. This is where your craft stays sharp and embodied — not something you learned once, but something you continue to live.
Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Credits: For those on a credentialed path, the Collective includes up to 24 ICF CCE hours toward your next renewal.
The Two Pathways:
You choose the pathway that’s right for you:
The MRA Collective Path – for ongoing connection to your craft, community, inner alignment, and life vision.
The Vocation Incubator Path – for those at a crossroads, sensing a deeper calling, and wanting a grounded space to explore the vocation that’s pulling them forward.
Both pathways offer:
A steady, nurturing community
Faculty support
Coaching Skill Labs
Monthly Circles
Monthly Vision Setting Workshops
24 ICF CCE hours for credential renewal
Optional Upgrade:
Join a Business Pod
For alumni in either pathway who want grounded, steady business support as they bring their work into the world.
A small, committed pod for coaches who want clear guidance and real companionship as they tend to the practical side of their work.
What this space is:
A focused pod for honest, real conversations about your coaching business.
Support with offerings, visibility, pricing, client relationships, and the inner edges that emerge as you share your work.
Facilitated by Gentle Business Coach and Mentor, Ashley Beaudin.
Why this works
Because clarity, momentum, and aligned action grow faster with community, mentorship, and reflection than alone.
This pod gives you:
Mentorship
Peer support
Accountability
Brainstorming and reflection
A grounded container to take steady action
This is where vocation meets action - where you take aligned steps forward in your business with mentorship, support and companionship.
Schedule
The program runs from February to July, take a look at our calendar for live session dates and times.
Coaching Labs run once per month and rotate between a 12:00pm ET and 6:00pm ET start time each month.
Collective Circles and Vocation Incubator Circles take place twice per month. Each month includes both a 12:00pm ET and a 6:00pm ET pod option, allowing participants to choose the time that works best for them.
Vision Casting Workshops are held monthly from 12:00–1:30 pm ET.
Business Pods will meet once per month for two hours, with the meeting time determined by the group.
All sessions will be recorded, allowing participants to watch the recordings and catch up as needed. This is particularly important for those earning CCEs.
You can choose the pathway that best meets you in this season of your life and work.

FAQ
Here are the answers that will help you take the next step with clarity and confidence.
-
The MRA Collective is for graduates of the Mind Rebel Academy who want to stay connected to the depth they touched in training. It is for coaches, leaders, caregivers, helpers, and humans who live with an inner orientation toward truth, presence, emotional maturity, and grounded self-awareness.
It is for those who feel most themselves in spaces where depth is spoken fluently.
For those who want their clarity, courage, and grounded presence to stay strong.
For those who want their craft to stay alive through real practice and connection.
For those who know that growth, when held in community, becomes more sustainable. This is for you if you want a place where your inner world is understood and reflected with care.
If you want support as you navigate your life, work, relationships, and vocation with intention.
If you want a rhythm and a community that keep your path clear and your wisdom accessible.
If you want to keep deepening, not because something is missing, but because you are devoted to your own evolution.Whether you graduated recently or years ago, the Collective is for anyone who feels the pull to return to a space that nourishes their growth and keeps their coaching craft, clarity, and vision alive.
-
Yes. This is one of the most important reasons the Collective exists. Many graduates reach a point, whether months or years after training, where their vision feels distant, quiet, or unclear. This does not mean you have taken a wrong turn. It simply means you have been moving without the resonance, reflection, and support that help your inner clarity stay alive.
The Collective gives you a place to reconnect with yourself. A place where your vision can rise again. A place where you are supported, steadied, and reminded of what is true beneath the noise of daily life. You will be guided back to the deeper direction your life is asking you to walk, and you will have practices and community that help you stay connected to it.
If you are feeling lost, untethered, uncertain, or disconnected from what you know matters, you are not behind. You are human. And you are exactly who the Collective is designed to serve.
-
No. You do not need to be actively coaching to join the Collective. Many of our alumni move in and out of coaching seasons. Some are coaching full-time, some part-time, some are on pause, and others are integrating this work into leadership, parenting, relationships, or professions outside of formal coaching.
What matters is not whether you are currently coaching. What matters is that this work is alive in you.
The Collective is designed to keep your clarity, presence, and coaching craft nourished, even during seasons when you are not working with clients. Your skills still need tending. Your vision still needs connection. Your inner world still needs a place where depth is understood and reflected.
This space supports you whether you are:
actively coaching
preparing to return to coaching
building or rebuilding your practice
integrating coaching principles into other parts of your life
in a season of pause, reflection, or transition
Your growth, your grounding, and your craft do not depend on whether you have paying clients right now. They depend on having a place where your development is supported, witnessed, and kept alive.
The Collective is that place.

By participating in the Monthly Coaching Labs (Core Competencies) and the Monthly Circles (Resource Development), you accumulate 24 hours that you can apply for ICF credential renewal.

The Collective Path is the core experience. It gives you a steady monthly rhythm to stay connected to your vision, keep your coaching craft alive, and move alongside a community that understands depth. This path is ideal for graduates who want support, practice, clarity, and a space that nourishes their growth.
The Vocation Incubator Path includes everything in the Collective Path and adds a dedicated curriculum for those who feel called to explore the deeper questions of their vocation. This path includes the full Vocation Incubator program, which is delivered through a physical workbook and podcast-style modules. It offers guided reflection, monthly circles for integration, and a structured process to help you clarify your vocation and map out the next steps in your work.
In short:
Choose the Collective Path if you want community, practice, grounding, and ongoing support for your clarity and craft.
Choose the Vocation Incubator Path if you want all of that plus a guided curriculum that helps you explore, articulate, and take aligned steps toward the work you feel called to do.
Both pathways keep you connected to what matters. The difference is the depth of focus on vocation.

The Business Pod is not a rigid or formulaic business mentorship program. It is a small, supportive circle where you receive guidance, reflection, and companionship as you grow your coaching business in a way that feels aligned and true to you.
Instead of a step-by-step curriculum, the Pod offers a steady rhythm of honest conversation, practical support, and thoughtful mentorship. You will receive help with offerings, pricing, visibility, client relationships, and the inner edges that appear when you share your work. You will also gain accountability, clarity, and encouragement as you take aligned steps in your business.
The Business Pod is for coaches who want grounded support, reflective partnership, and a place to talk about the real and human side of entrepreneurship. It helps you grow your business without forcing you into someone else’s model or strategy.
It is mentorship, but it is mentorship that honors your pace, your values, and the work you feel called to bring into the world.
-
You are not alone in this. Many alumni return after a season (or several) away from coaching. The Collective was intentionally designed to help you reconnect to your confidence and your craft at a pace that feels supportive.
Inside the Monthly Coaching Skills Workshops, Integration Circles, faculty support, and community conversations, you’ll:
rebuild muscle memory,
reconnect with your presence and intuition,
sharpen the skills you already have,
and feel anchored in your identity as a coach again.
There is no expectation to "be ready" — this is the space that helps you become ready again.
-
We will begin with an intake from all enrolled alumni and shape the themes around what feels relevant and supportive for the group.
Topics may include refining core coaching skills such as authentic listening, powerful questions, reflection, reflective inquiry, co-regulation, attunement, and coaching the who and the what, etc.
The aim of these Labs is simple: to help your coaching feel more alive and integrated, to keep your skills sharp and embodied, and to give you a space where your questions, challenges, and growing edges are met with depth and support.

As an international program, tuition is set in USD, but payment is accepted in both USD and CAD. Students may choose their preferred currency at registration.
In recognition of our Canadian roots and student base, we offer a preferred CAD conversion rate of 1 USD = 1.25 CAD and absorb part of the exchange difference. This ensures fairness globally while giving Canadians clarity and predictability in Canadian Dollars.
