The "t" of Coach t in becoming ME (standing for More Empowered AND also your true authentic self) with Coach "t" I am a relationships coach, coaching parents of younger children, giving parents the tools & skills for shaping their kids into the adults of the future they wish for, while avoiding some of the traumas and dramas we were raised with, by way of a hands-on, practical, back to basics, SIMPLE way, beginning at square one - interacting with them in their love languages as our foundation. (At least that's what's morphing as we speak, and will be my focus when I launch my curriculum for it) And if I could have coffee with anyone, it would be my Mom - I miss her in such a deep DEEP way, and she always knew the right thing to say, or NOT to say in every circumstance & was wise, open-hearted, and kinder that anyone I've ever known ... always being heart-centred before that was a commonly used term!

If you work in the corporate world, maybe you're like I was, fighting depression and struggling with anxiety (𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵.) Maybe your brain is fried from context switching (𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳.) Maybe you’re snippy at the end of the day. Maybe cynicism is infecting your demeanor.
You're not broken. These are all perfectly understandable symptoms of working in a system that's designed to make money. I went through years of pain before I woke up to this. Then I created my own system for thriving within the corporate world.

I've spent 100s of hours supporting senior leaders. ✨I know this because I’ve lived it.✨ My work is organized to support you in learning the tools to contribute in the world from a place of personal power, heart, and the life-changing real-ness.

If it’s possible for me, it’s possible for you. https://linktr.ee/carolynwarsham

She guides and supports men and women to be more conscious about how to nurture themselves; to choose love above all and to connect to their bodies. Catie uses breath as a way to strip away some of the conditioning and patterns that no longer serve their highest selves, so that they may live a life with more self-compassion, freedom, and self-love. She teaches her clients to further explore their psyche and learn how to re-parent themselves so that they see differences in every relationship in their lives. Her teaching approach incorporates and integrates the mind, body and spirit.
