How We Started

The Vocation Incubator was created from a place of genuine yearning—an inner call for deeper alignment in work and life.

What began as a personal exploration evolved into a meaningful pathway for others to reimagine their own vocations from the inside out.

  • You’ll receive lifetime access to the Vocation Incubator materials, allowing you to revisit and deepen your understanding whenever it serves you.

  • From February through July, new modules are released every two weeks. For each module, we recommend setting aside about one hour to engage with the module, and an additional one to two hours during that two-week period for your own reflection and exploration.

    Each month, you will also be invited to join a Vocation Incubator Circle. These circles are a space to integrate what you are uncovering, ask questions, and be guided through deeper experiential exercises that support your ongoing exploration. While the program offers a suggested rhythm, you are always encouraged to engage with the material in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for you.

  • The Vocation Incubator is a guided exploration into your own inner world as you inquire into what an aligned vocation may want to become for you.

    Taryn and Michelle have designed the explorations themselves, and each module is an invitation into that process. Rather than being instructional or didactic, the modules describe the questions, reflections, and personal realizations that arise as they move through the exploration alongside you.

    Listening to the modules can feel like being present for an intimate podcast-style conversation. You are guided gently through layered inquiries, pauses, and reflections, with space to notice what is stirring in you, what feels alive, and what is asking for your attention. The intention is not to give answers, but to help you deepen your relationship with your own inner knowing as it unfolds.

  • Yes. The Vocation Incubator is not designed to move you toward entrepreneurship or any particular external outcome. It is an inquiry into vocation in the truest sense of the word: the work, roles, and expressions that feel meaningful, alive, and honest for you.

    For some people, that exploration may eventually include entrepreneurship. For others, it may deepen clarity around leadership, creative work, service, caregiving, employment, or ways of contributing that already exist in their lives. The focus is not on changing what you do, but on listening more closely to what is asking to be expressed through you.

    This program meets you wherever you are and supports you in exploring what alignment, meaning, and integrity look like within your own life context, rather than steering you toward a specific path.

  • Yes, it can. And it’s important to name what it is and what it is not.

    The Vocation Incubator is not business mentorship. It does not replace strategic guidance, tactical support, or mentorship from people who help you build systems, offers, or operations.

    What it does offer is clarity. These are the same inquiries Taryn takes herself through as she builds the Mind Rebel™ Academy. They are explorations around aligned vision, focus, and integrity, and around closing the internal gap between where you are and where you sense you are meant to be.

    Business mentorship can help you close the external gap by offering tools, strategy, and guidance. This work supports you in understanding what you are building, why you are building it, and how you want to be in relationship with that path.
