Most participants complete the Vocation Incubator in 3–6 months, depending on their availability and the level of coaching support they choose.
When you register, your journey begins with a meet-and-greet session with your dedicated coach, Angela McKay. Together, you'll create a personalized roadmap that aligns with your goals, schedule, and capacity.
Some participants choose to complete one module each week with more frequent coaching sessions, while others prefer a slower pace, completing a module every two weeks with coaching scheduled monthly or bi-weekly. Whether you move through the program in three months or six, your learning and coaching experience is designed to fit your life while providing the support you need along the way.

For each module, we recommend setting aside about one hour to engage with the module, and an additional one to two for your own reflection and exploration.

You are guided gently through layered inquiries, pauses, and reflections, with space to notice what is stirring in you, what feels alive, and what is asking for your attention. The intention is not to give answers, but to help you deepen your relationship with your own inner knowing as it unfolds.

Yes. The Vocation Incubator is not designed to move you toward entrepreneurship or any particular external outcome. It is an inquiry into vocation in the truest sense of the word: the work, roles, and expressions that feel meaningful, alive, and honest for you.
For some people, that exploration may eventually include entrepreneurship. For others, it may deepen clarity around leadership, creative work, service, caregiving, employment, or ways of contributing that already exist in their lives. The focus is not on changing what you do, but on listening more closely to what is asking to be expressed through you.
This program meets you wherever you are and supports you in exploring what alignment, meaning, and integrity look like within your own life context, rather than steering you toward a specific path.

What it does offer is clarity. These are the same inquiries Taryn takes herself through as she builds the Mind Rebel™ Academy. They are explorations around aligned vision, focus, and integrity, and around closing the internal gap between where you are and where you sense you are meant to be.
