The Inner Compass
Lesson Two:
Client-Centricity
Welcome to Lesson Two — the place where we begin to move into the heart of coaching. In today’s lesson, we’re exploring what it means to hold a deeply client-centric space — one where the person being coached is always at the centre of the conversation, their wisdom leading the way.
Coaching, when practiced in integrity, is not about giving advice or providing answers. It’s about meeting as equals in a co-creative process. The coach brings skill in the art of transformative change; the client brings deep insight into their own lived experience. When this partnership is honoured, real and lasting change can occur.

They illuminate why holding a truly client-centered space is essential for lasting and embodied insight, and demonstrate what it looks like when a coach creates the conditions for a person’s most meaningful truths to emerge.
Inner reflection prompts
