This is the final step in our 7-day journey together — and it’s all about bridging the gap between the life you’re living now and the one your Authentic Self is longing to step into. You’ve gotten honest about where you are. You’ve tapped into your boldest, most aligned vision. And now, you’ll listen for what comes next.

Today’s practice is a guided visualization designed to connect you to the part of you that already knows the way. Your inner knowing — the part your Authentic Self is rooted in — is always pointing you toward the path of least resistance. Not necessarily the easiest path, but the one that feels right, honest, and in alignment with who you’re becoming.

Let this visualization walk you through the forest of your own intuition. At the end, you’ll be invited to uncover your next 1–3 steps. That’s all we ever truly have access to — not a five-year plan or a detailed roadmap, but the next few moves that feel most honest and aligned.

Your Rebel Mind and Guard may want certainty. They may crave the full plan — mapped out, predictable, safe. But what if the most true path of your Authentic Self doesn’t work like that? What if your most resonant life is built step by step, by following what feels right, not what feels guaranteed?

Can you trust that if you anchor into the few next best steps that are right in front of you, the path will continue to unfold?

Find a quiet, private space. Settle in. Close your eyes and let yourself be guided by this visualization — as if you’re stepping into a forest that’s been waiting for you. Your job isn’t to map the entire journey. It’s simply to listen for what’s next.
