The Inner Compass
Day Five:
Life Inventory
To move toward alignment, we must first understand where things are out of alignment. Today’s practice uses a tool called the Wheel of Life — a simple yet powerful framework that helps you take inventory of key areas in your life. From career to relationships, health to creativity, this practice offers a snapshot of how fulfilled and resourced you feel in each domain.
You might notice that some areas feel strong and nourishing, while others may be quietly draining energy or feeling flat. This is your chance to get curious and compassionate about what’s working — and what may be asking for more care. This isn’t about judgment or fixing. It’s about honest reflection.
Instructions
Take a few moments to rate your level of satisfaction in each category on a scale of one to ten. A one signals a strong sense of misalignment or struggle, while a ten reflects deep alignment, ease, and vitality.
Use the wheel to mark your ratings, then reflect on what the shape of your current life reveals.
Let this be a grounding moment of awareness. Tomorrow, we’ll begin to vision what’s next — but today, we honor exactly where you are.
